Fuk the car for now! We're ripping it up in lacrosse. I'll find a new car, this one has served me well :). No sadness for now, just some bloody cuts and bruises. Cais back in my garage (thx Craig!) and I'll look it over when I get home. It has full coverage, AAA towed it all the way home, and it's 100% paid for. All good in da hood.

No audi scheides! Part The Thing To Heck! Literally everything and replace it with bad talon parts head brakes etc before insurance gets it. Make some bank of the thing. Im glad your ok. Super awesome how you continued the trip. Hope you recover fast. By the way Ill take your wheels just in case you dont want them ^_^ We might as well start a call parts dibs list. what do you say?

Got a text from Mark letting me know what happened, my phone screen cut off the bottom part of the text. You know, the part that said "We are both ok." So, for a quick second I just about had a heart attack thinking someone was hurt BAD...until I scrolled down. Glad everyone is ok, take it easy. They always say you start to feel the real hurt in the morning. Have fun on the rest of the cruise.

Cruise was a fun one, thanks everyone who helped put it together. Also, special thanks to Scheides and Anna for letting me, Jake, and Kerstin stay at their house the night before the cruise. Sorry about the accident also Scheides, I know the next car you get will be better than this one though (as hard as that may seem lol).

Sorry to hear about the car, scheides. The X is not cheap to mod...you won't find shifters for it on Ebay. A mint IX and you could re-use a lot of your parts (and expertise).

I totaled a bike one year on a similar back-road weekend. I broke a finger so all things considered it sounds like you came out well.

Thanks to all the cruise planners. Scheides, sorry about the car. Just get a IX. I wasn't expecting to have to use the portable jack. Hopefully I won't have to use it in the fall. I had a ton of fun driving and hanging with everyone. We have a great group of people on this site. Let's keep it that way.
