Thanks to everyone who came, it was definitely a good one! That keg was drained quick, by 10:30 the 16-gallons were gone and the personal stash bottles and cans started coming out. Fuck, cleaning up this morning I found 5 empty bottles of Jag, vodka, rum, and countless beer bottles/cans! I definitely plan on hosting another party next spring sometime, probably go for 2-3 kegs though. The house is now spotless again and you'd never even tell a party occured last night. We're estimating (based on the # of cups used and a few head-counts) that throughout the night we had at least 200 people through here with probably 75-100 at any given time when it was packed.

Booze or Lose Fall '05 was a sucess and plans for Booze or Lose Spring '06 are already in the works. I can't say much yet, but this next will be bigger, badder, and wilder. It will also feature more kegs, shot-service, drinking games, and possibly even better lighting.

I need to get ahold of a shot/mixed drink recipe I had last night called a Bald Wet Pussy. It was a shot the sized of the normal mixed drink containing Red Bull, Smirnoff, and a number of liquors. We had at least 4 rounds of those last night and they definitely energized the evening. IMO they taste much better than Jager Bombs and do the same job even better. If I can get the recipe I'll post it.

As far as the local dance clubs go, I guess Spin is alright. Its not super upscale, but also not trashy like Stargate. It would be worthing checking out...

We went out last weekend for my gf birthday and hit up Rosens sports bar first for 2 4 1's and then went to the Annex, and then Old Chicago, and then back down to Barfly and then to this really cool place called the Lounge to sober up... I wasnt that gone but the others were. I like the bigger places like Escape though... versus small drink till you drop places..

Its kinda scarry walking down there though with all hobos and the like. They mainly wanted to go from bar to bar for drinks and I wanted to dance... but oh well. One of our friends knows alot of the bartenders so thats why we went from place to place ;)

I think Tonic has 3 for 1s tonight (Friday). Otherwise The Venue up in Blaine has dollar drinks from 9-11 tonight as well. I have no clue about Spin, never been there. I wouldn't object to going to Escape tonight again as well.

The only think I would change is I would have a few before I go out so it doesn't cost me 100 bucks like it did last time.

Brandon you in? Lets do this before the snow hits. Hughes you should drive down from D to go. JET you better not puss out either and end up spooning all night. Nash you have to work?

I'd love to go man, but I'm working up here in D tonight. I'm also trying to curb my spending for a few weeks to make up for a lot of travel I've done. I'll be around the weekend of Thanksgiving though...we could go out Sat night probably.

I am thinking either The Venue or Tonic tonight are the (cheapest) places to go. I suggested Escape to JET but we kind of agree that we didn't want to spend a hundred buck each tonight.

I was also think about Fatso's too, that place sounds pretty cool and has decent drinks specials tonight.

well i got a funny story about last nite.
i went to the bird night club for the first time ever, i'm 20 so i can't legally drink, so i was just sitting there being bored. the this one guys comes and asks for a cigarrete and i gave him one, then he asked my if i drink i said yes but i can't then he bought a CORONA, then after a while he lets he keep his wristband, so i can go and buy me more, then after the 4 beer one of the security guys kicks me out, like arround 1:20, i was like fuck no. :(

Well we hit the usual rosens, annex, barfly and then we went to club seville- didnt even see your recommendation Hughes but there were some nice girlies there, but we were all broke when we got there so :( .... Got home at 4 yippe.

I was going to call you guys up and see if you wanted to meet up but I didnt get to check this thread until now, from yesterday morning.
