Funny you should mention that.... after turning the boost up a few weeks back, I've developed a nice vacuum leak and the car idles at 2800 RPM. I've tested all the easy things but either my TB gasket, shaft seals or injector insulators are drawing some air.

Not sure if I am going to have time to address this though, and speed density doesn't really care either way.

LOL 1 beer was too much for me last night apparently!


That was the MOST random thing ever...we were literally in a field in the middle of nowhere and this guy apparently just happens to get home as we're all on the side of the road fixing my acc belt.

Also, picked up a fresh set of plugs this morning....so silly! Compression is fine, I checked it last night while the plugs were out.

In other news I've had some issues with my throttle plate controller going wonky, throwing a P2100 and the car going into limp mode. It only happens when coming off idle so I'm not worried about killing anyone this weekend but if you see me pull over 30 seconds of ignition off resets the thing and its back to normal.

New TB is on the way but I highly doubt I'll have time to swap it in, let alone wash my car!
