I'll race ya to get a pile running. My car currently has no exhaust, no engine, no wiring harness, no IC and probably a couple hundred other things I'm forgetting. I'm *planning* on getting her on the road for the cruise. Time will tell. Maybe I'll get the Lotus running instead. :sasmokin:

How far can you E85 guys go on a tank? We should be okay without a stop but there is one station 3/4 the way through the trip that we may stop at just in case. Or people that need E85 can stop at and then catch up.

Beating on the car prob 170 miles. Bein nice I can now get 250 260 no problem. Were eating at that same place on the lake as we did last time?

If i beat on my car i can just barely crack 160 miles. on a good day i get about 210 but thats the MAX!

I assume we're staying off of 35/61 then? We're gonna have to be very watchfull for cops, I'm sure they'll be out in force with all the bikes out.

If the car is lowered, I agree. I ran without a wing for a while and the trunk underneath the wing's paint was bubbling. Figured if I want to go wingless, I'd get a new trunk.

Get out your tire pressure testers, check your oil, bleed your brakes, get an alignment, do whatever you gotta do and do it NOW cause we have one HELL of a cruise lined up for you this spring! Matt D., A //// Guy (Peter) and I spent the day checking out and tweaking our planed route first hand, and let me tell you, my heart was POUNDING the whole time! Goddamn I had a blast, and I can't wait to share it with the rest of you.

MAKE SURE your car is in TIP TOP SHAPE as we will definitely be pushing the limits on this one!

Sounds good. I'll have to throw my car around a few more corners to know whether the tail's gonna stay in line this time around, because it feels like it's got the capacity to get loose on me under hard cornering.

Sounds like fun! I'm glad I got the brakes installed on my car, sounds like they're gonna get a work out. Do we have a meeting place/time decided on yet?
