At Porkys last night Scheides asked to see my graphs, and I thought they were in my trunk. I didn't see them. I looked for them this morning, and sure enough, they were soaked in my trunk under a shirt... Thanks broken trunk weatherstrip.

Here are my wet graphs.

HP/TQ and HP/BST

Re: My Talon

Not making excuses. But from my experience, boost comes on earlier on the street because the motor is actually under more load. That could account for the 20psi by 4400rpms on the dyno vs. others STREET logged 4100-4200 threshold for that boost number. And also, can't remember your setup, but a ball and spring MBC which several others use can make a significant difference.

Still cant complain about +325ft-lbs of torque before 5000rpms with a bolton turbo at 26psi at that same rpm. Considering your uber conservative timing for your CR and e-85, it would be nice to see you push it a little farther before you sell it :p

Looks a little laggy but that thing has got to tear your fuckin head off after 4k rpm!! Nice to see what a Holset can do since not many people run em.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you end up paying for the HX40?

400 is no slouch on a DD w/o correctons on. That is a very quick car there.

My car was making 480-520awhp when it was running 127mph on 92 octane with 3800+lbs.

On the street it's 20+ by about 4000 rpm.

I'd say it really isn't that laggy when you're driving around normally and cruising.

When you want to go, it goes.

Re: My Talon

Makes me feel even better about running my twinscroll hx40s etup this year. I'll jsut wind out the h1c with the improved twinscroll setup and report the numbers. Then come back with the hx40. As of 2 days ago, it's just done 685whp on a dynojet with the .55 a/r bep housing and hks 272 cams. So I know the original holset housing will give me more than what I want.

. . .Oh, I forget which cams you have?

. . .Nevermind, BC 272s from your tuners thread. . . 212-213 duration does so well with the sirius motors it seams.

haha, they were in my trunk when I looked at porky's, little did I know they were under a shirt sopping wet.

I'm putting in a new ceramic 6 puck sprung clutch disk tonight after work, at work. I'll be getting my flywheel resurfaced in the AM and will hopefully be driving by afternoon sat.

I called ACT and they said ideally, a .612" step height is best as that is stock. So I'm sure +/- .005" is alright. I'll have the machinist shoot for .610"

I got a Mitsu fuel filter and oil filter, and throwing in some NGK 7's on sat. Gotta be ready for Rock Falls!

That sucks! At least you caught it before it shot all the oil everywhere and caused engine damage.

I randomly heard about this last night from a friend. Sucks dude. I was just at applebees with your friends paul, mike, and his gf, and paul was talking about how he was working on your car to get ready for rock falls.
