I didn't see it, I was busy. Did he say what his plan was for this? I heard the US government is using the surplus social security money every year to help pay down the defecit. Is this what he plans to keep doing? I think we might be fine on social security if the excess money is saved in an account for future social security needs.

The only thing he had mentioned was cutting programs whose performance is lacking. Other then that, he didn't really mention anything else.
