Pros:
-New body style
-Available Navigation system
-20 inch rims in pictures will be replaced with 18 inch rims
-Upgraded AWC system
-4 piston brakes
-Available premium sound system which includes a giant built in subwoofer.

Cons:
-Heavier
-Open deck aluminum block
-Rear wing is no longer made of carbon fiber, the same goes for the aerodynamic diffuser that peeks out from underneath the rear bumper.
-Unfortunately the concept car's suede upholstery for the dashboard and door panels (also seude in seats) won't make it to the assembly line.

Well now that i see the final product, i really like it!

Looks like it'd be pretty easy to be a rediculously large fmic on dat bish.

I dont know how it will be to work on though; looks like the turbo is on the "back" like most modern turbo cars these days.

Looks badass to me, this car answers all the things I don't like about the current EVO (mainly looks and interior design). I can definitely see myself picking one of these up when they are released!

I just told Jana we may look at a trade in down the road. LOL

In reality, I still love the 6, and bought it over an evo for some of the reasons Chris lists. I don't see giving it up anytime soon. But, maybe an EVO X is a new car for Jana down the road. ;)

Here is supposedly a pic of the real Evo X. Notice a few small changes on the front end, head lights and the chin spoiler sticks out farther.

I can see lines from Audi, Subaru, and the RX-8 in it with some JDM tuner flare. Definitely one of the best looking Mitsus ever IMO.

Most seem to think ~320hp with similar torque. I think the torque estimate might be a bit high though. It is going to have active suspension and other stuff, that is probably part of the weight gain. Also, everyone else is saying it will have a 5 speed, not a 6 speed. That would suck if it does, everything else has a 6 speed now.

From the side with the line going across the door handles makes it have an Acura TL look which is a good thing IMO. I like how they put chrome around the grill and used it as the lower window trim. The chin spoiler and agressive looking front head lights are also pluses.

I've been trying to think of what you could do to make the front end look better and not plastic looking without painting it. I wonder if it would look good with the plastic under the mitsu badge including the badge itself removed with a giant FMIC?

Maybe you could take out the giant sub in the back to save some weight.

Shave it and save a few pounds.

You can always reupholster it with your own dime.

Who needs it? It would be fun to get lost with this car.

I said the sound system is available, I wouldn't get it personally. I just put it in the pros for people who would be interested, after all its a nice option and I'm sure plenty will want it.

I also agree with you to take the rear spoiler off, I don't like rear spoilers AT ALL! But, then again many do and like to keep them, thats why I put that under cons.

About the upholstery... well I saw that as funny, copied and paisted from article thats not really a pro or con.

Finally but not least playa, the navigation system is for ballers, thats also why it is under the pro section. Clearly you don't fall into the baller category thanks for clarifying that for me.
