Yes the driver did have a turboed Poopstang.

Matt, I whole-heartedly agree with everything you've said.

Thanks for the comments guys. Like everything, when something bad happens better things come along.:sasmokin:

Like a check for $3100 that I spent in one day.

I also bought a new shell about a month ago that is basically the finish product of what mine was headed towards. I was thinking about doing a build thread on it, but everyone that knows me, knows I'm usually not the type to do something like that.

So tell us the circumstances of what was going on when the accident occurred.

Anyways, sorry to see the car go man.

Brian you don't know crap, so shut it. I like to be fair, but this is the wrong place, esp. since he endangered his kids and lied to the police about what happened and has been two-faced with tom since then.

That same day I watched the mustang owner almost merge into a cadillac and he almost merged into ME, he was trying to brake boost, apparently he was doing the same thing and screwed over 9sec.

Dude is lucky he has money because he didn't lose shit. He took over as a moderator on a site where everyone nutswings, hence why i quit over there I don't go to meets and I don't post on the site. If you don't agree with them then you are wrong and if you don't drive V8 you aren't cool.
I am not down to hang with an ignorant crowd or people like that.

Sad to see it end up like that, I got to strap that thing down like a week before the accident.

Hope the new project goes well!

If you're sure he was street racing then an 'anonymous' phone call to the CPS in the country he lives in will make his life a living hell.

there is no video. and yes nick is a moron and this has been expressed to him many time's.

i am a frequent member on rkc and i can assure you that this is not the message they are trying to send out. action will be taken on him and they are attempting to clean up the site.

here is a thread posted today by the owner of the site jared please take the time to read it. thing's got out of hand recently and he is asking for everyone to give there opinion. if you are not a member please sign up and you will see its not really all that bad.
http://www.ricekiller.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57624

and its not all against imports. in fact a moderator on the site is john kruger, the guy with the red turbo lexus that you all see down at midway. there are plenty of imports on the site and even an entire section divoted to them.

it is IMPORTS AND DOMESTIC'S against rice. yes some people are ignorant and stupid and that will never change but that is the same with even people among the mitsu community

John is a douche too, if you don't blow lots of money on your setup then he doesn't care, even if you beat his sweet T88, built motor car on drag radials even with a 16g car.
Plus he just wants to be a cool street racerer that is all over the net, another reason he is copying some local civics to be fast since he failed with the IS300.
There maybe a handful of guys that actually like cars and into them because they like them, but most of those guys i know from here, TCS or MNSC or just know them from being around.
I am sure that i will be back on that site once it gets better, but its pretty bad.

Anyways, sorry to see the car go man.

If you believe anything that comes out of Nick's mouth then you are a fool.

He joined MNSC a few years ago with a riced out 2g Spyder, painted yellow with a body kit, big wing and body panels that didn't line up all around the car. He came to some of the weekly MNSC meets in Plymouth with his brother (can't remember what he drove, if anything.) He got pissy when people wouldn't give him and his car attention and stopped going. A year or so later he shows up to a dyno day at DB with his Cobra, puts down more power than anyone else that day and immediately puffs his chest on the forum about it.

Fast forward to earlier this year. He, Jared (RiceKiller.com owner) and someone else from that forum all sign up on MNSC to try and get people to join his forum. They all immediately lashed out at the "ricers" of the forum to try and "rehabilitate" them as they put it so kindly on ricekiller.com. We temporarily banned them to cull the bullshit and to prove no one was interested. That was about the same time that someone came on here advertising the RK meets in Maple Grove.

Earlier this summer when Nick (blownsvt) and dsm9sec got into their accident it was the thing to talk about in the Minnesota section of RK. From day one Nick always claimed that he would never race with his kid(s) in the car. That day Nick had his kid in the car. I wasn't there so I'm not going to assume what happened, but if I recall correctly dsm9sec can't remember what happened because of the injuries he and his girlfriend(?) suffered. Anyone else who did see the accident kept their mouths closed because they swing from Nick's nuts. All along Nick swore they were not racing, yet when details began to unfold of the circumstances surrounding the accident he claimed "I don't know what happened" and even said something to the tune of "All of a sudden our cars came together, I don't know if he had a tire blow out and swerved into me or what." Bullshit. He knows what happened. Best guess is that he and dsm9sec were lined up on 94 to do a pull, Nick brake boosted, and being the terrible driver he is the tires spun, lost control, hit dsm9sec and put him in the wall.

My opinion is that RiceKiller.com is the MNSC of the V8 world. The majority of the forum regulars are douchebags and keyboard warriors. The few original members down in Texas seem cool (of the ones I've chatted online with and heard about), and the rest are just around to "be cool" and swing from Jared's nuts. Yet when you go to their meets all you see are nice cars.

Also, don't even get me started on John (Kaiyin)... What a tool bag. Oooh, look at me, I have a turbo IS300 automatic that my mommy helped me pay for, and I always say it has more power than it actually does! :hah: Should start a damn pool on how long it will be until he wrecks this car... Previous ones included a VW R32, Nissan 300ZX and a Nissan 240SX that he blew up at Rock Falls. Be sure to ask him how the gay anime porn drawing is going.

LMFAO that was funny Matt. Im thinking Matt D has a notebook on the side of his computer writing down little details on people here and there. and when the time is right, he does a complete data dump.
I cant wait until i do something really stupid. there will be 5 page article about my antics over the past 6-7 years.

Bullshit. He knows what happened.

Theres actually a witness that did come forward and talk to the police. She is a mother and had her eighteen year old daughter in the car. This is where the plot thickened for me.

I went and got a police report when I heard USAA, Nick's insurance couldn't get a hold of a copy. So I got one for them. Guess what it said? That the witness "heard engine of veh1 (supposedly me but really nick) accelerate and move moved partially into LCL (supposedly nick but it was actually me)"

So I called the cop, who's also a female. I was also told by my fiance that she grilled us @ the accident about racing. And said not one word about it to Nick. She called me back ONCE in over two months. And never changed the police report or went through it.

So I got really pissed and called the witness. Who tells me that NICK HIT ME. Her exact words were, " It looked like he hit you intentionally. I was with my eighteen year old daughter and we thought it was gang related so we didn't stop. But we did call the police."

Great, so the witness is on my side and the cop is being a douche because I'm either a) asian b) didn't have kids in the car c) she hated my car.

Guess what? Insurance companies do their own investigations!! Woohoo! So this lady @ USAA is a real pain in the ass to get a hold of and the witness couldn't enter her statement. I called USAA and asked if she could leave a statement with someone else than our claim agent. They say yes.

The time is running out and the USAA agent said she's going to decide liability without the witness's statement. I call back two days later to find out what she thinks and find that the witness left a statement!!! This was literally only a week and a half ago. The accident happened on July 20th..... I hate dealing with other people's insurance. Allstate (my insurance) was easy as hell to get a hold of and answered all my questions. If I left a message they even called me back!!
