I've got probably about 7k on it so far and I love it as much now as I did when I first put it in.

Lol, that's what everyone says. They were a used deal but previous owner said they were on a show car so it had very little miles.

Thanks! It had a B16G but I sold it a while back. Still unsure of what turbo to run. It'll definitely be a Mitsu hot side turbo that's for sure.

I have a few parts coming in within the next 2 weeks or so. FP turbo manifold, ARP turbo bolts, gaskets, and tons of OEM parts coming in.

This showed up on Friday. Quickly installed it Saturday night. I was extremely happy because it got here within 4 days. I need the 2 ARP shorties.

How did you get that kind of clearance with the compressor cover and the waterpipe? Does the FP manifold space the turbo out farther?

Umm....I guess you can say it mounts almost like the stock turbo manifold. All I did was bolt on the mani+turbo and the clearance worked out fine.

Also should receive my Bosche 1680 injectors sometime this week. I turn 21 this week on Wednesday too!

Definitely! I'm all about clean ass engine bays. I can't wait to drop the engine in so I can start the tucking.

Do you have a stock manifold to compare it to? Could you measure the distance from the head flange to the turbo flange? I'm trying to decide if I should get an FP manifold or not cause with the DNP I have now I have to run a spacer to clear the waterpipe.

Sorry, I tossed out all of my stock manifold. The FP manifold turbo flange does angle out. I'll measure them tomorrow when I get the chance.

Re: Spyder in the making

That would be awsome. I have a stock manifold here I could compare. You can just PM me once you get the measurement. Thanks!

This previous owners dad was the Mayor of St. Anthony Village. He had some super special late 60's GTO that mysteriously dissappeared after he purposely crashed his Cessna nose-down in the ground and died, a couple of years ago. The car is still missing.
