Yeah, I have a feeling we'll be paying IN to the govt this year, what with my unemployment and temp jobs, both of which have little or no deductions... |
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
IM GETTING A FALCON!!!

Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
All depends on the amount back, I think the plan so far is a trip southward into warmth and maybe SS appliances for the kitchen.

That's the plan, I've already ripped apart the one you saw at last year's cookout, too much rust to justify fixing the electrical issues (I know the cause now though). The motor from this car will go into my 88 though (since it's a forged bottom end). |
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Tax refund and bonus will be used to pay off the last of all my debt.
That is until I'm married. |
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Might be time to switch automotive platforms...

Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Pay off the last of my crap, buy an AR, and start on something fun to drive for proving grounds.

Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Pay off CC debt, and see what happens from there. Still looking to hit the big time.
|
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Buy an AK47. Izimash! woo!
Save the rest for real life. Resist the temptation to mod my car. |

Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Just got my W2 today, and did my taxes in about 1hr using Taxact.com for the 5th year straight I think. I highly suggest them as it's about as good as Turbo Tax, but way cheaper. As always, I did them in Turbo Tax too, just to make sure the returns turned out the same, and they did.
Result: $3511 fed return + $770 state return - $17.95 Taxact fee = $4263.05 Total coming back to me Not quite as good as previous years (probably because I paid off one of my mortgages), but still a nice chunk that puts a smile on my face :) Going throw it all into savings to help go towards the new house! |
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
I want to get a Glock 27 gen 4 and maybe a new tattoo for my bday.
|
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?

Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Getting $3412 back, should be here mid next week says my tax dude.
$2000 goes to finishing off my evo loan to Mitsu (yay, no more car payment). Rest of it goes to other debt (aka dad for paying off the 2 motor builds in 1 year) and cushion my checking account. |
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
The $2200 I got back is going toward the pending engine build for my car.
|
Re: Tax time, what are you purchasing?
Depends on how much I get, most likely pay off my new furniture, then maybe some car parts and tune on the new whip.
