Yeah, Umteen Boostleaks for one, 50 trim comp wheel and a A/T without a stall converter for another.....:-<

Ever try to stall it up at a stop with the automatic? Ever heard of spraying it? Nobody told you to buy an auto. :rolleyes:

Put a looser stall in it or you won't be really happy with any turbo you bolt to it. :cool:

Yeah spray and a T/C have been in my plan for a while now.......

Just a matter of Time and Money right?

This cheaper T28 should get me by till spring then its a new T/C, a Shift Kit and end clutches from IPT.

Sorry, I disagree.....

I'll get a bigger turbo again down the road once all the tranny mods and spray is in place.

Yes, it is true that both "Big and laggy" are very subjective terms.

Too me my former Big 16 was much more streetable and fun to run than this 20G WITH it's 50 Trim Comp Wheel <spools much slower just like a 50 Trim>

I was used to spools at around 2500 not 4000!

Again my goals are not to get in the 10's the track, it's to just to have some fun with quicker than average, street car.

But both those words dont describe a bastard 20g. Its the physical size of a 16g, and 16g's arent big. It also gets spool before 4k. That is not laggy!

Ok, Bigger and Laggyer <laggier?> than my 16G then.

Also this isn't JUST a normal 20G, it's got the 50 trim Comp wheel, and spools even slower like a 50 trim!

So your telling me your Big 16g spooled at 2500rpms? Thats better than some people get with 5spds and better mods. I think you need to fix your boost leaks and tune your car before thinking the turbo/auto combo is the problem.

Yeah the 16G wheel was a MUCH faster spool than the 50Trim wheel on this A/T car, Why does that really surprise you ?

I'll conceed that the car does need a good tune, I was working on it and the damm snail let go!

No... Thats obvious, what I am suprised about is that you were getting spool on a 16g much faster than most people I know with a 5spd, then your blaming the reason the bastard 20g being so laggy on you having an auto tranny.

Well I'll find out here shortly one way or the other. If the T28 is still laggy, and I can't get a good tune, then maybe I do have have something really screwed up and am missing something?

It still gets to like 16psi around 2500, with some spray.... hehehhehe, thought you said this thing was blown?
