it's not a large perforation. I just have to start taking an anti-bacterial to prevent any infections, and hopefully everything just clears up in a couple weeks.

No, the S-lines are lowered an inch and have diff shocks and springs than a regular A4. But US spec seems to have a little higher sitting front end for better crash ratings I guess... Dumb. Tahts why it looks like that.
