Thanks dudes. I thought I was going to get a lot of shit for it being an automatic. This car isn't BECAUSE RACE CAR. Its my daily driven car.

First mods - I plan on getting the windows tinted (of course) and an intake. I'm still researching which one I want to go with.

Whats funny is that there are massive GenCoupe forums out there, and 99% of the posts are noobs with no money asking for ways to mod their car for free. It makes it extremely difficult to find good information. I may be the king of ricers here, but good god, not on any GenCoupe forums!

Yea I got a ride in the new ricer-pete whip on saturday and I must say I'm quite impressed! Trim level is just fine for the price of the car, seats are quite comfy and the cloth is good quality. Car is nice and torquey and will squeel tires no problem even stock and traction control on. The Auto is actually a nice touch for a summer cruiser...with the windows down and that big sunroof open its a very very nice open-air experience.

FIC1100's, a fuel pump, testpipe, E85 and a little more boost would make this thing VERY fun! But as-is, I like it. A lot. I kinda want one!

The modding bug has started to bite. I've got my eye on an intake and possible ECU reflash. Its been proven to gain +45hp/64tq from stock power.

As far as looks go, I really want to get rid of the horrible front grill. Its the only part of the car's exterior that I don't like.

So I'm thinking about one of these grills... Any opinions?

I like the CF the most. Give it that wide open mouth(like your women). But whats with the dip in it? Thats kinda dumb. Find one with out that and it would probably look better. Then put home depo mesh in it! (kidding)

I like the look of the Hana in that picture, but in other pictures it looks kind of cheap to me. (And yes, I know in the pic below its not painted)

But really I love the bumper, with the mesh painted black and not missing in the corners. That vented hood is also awesome.

i keed i keed. you haven't heard but apparently 600whp is the new 500whp and 400 no-one cares about so that's probably why.

IF that chip does what it says, that would feel pretty damn good I say get it. I think we are all just saying if u are gonna do body stuff (which you will cause u are a ricer) then get teh kit because its amazing.

Grats!

Hopefully most of the CF accent pieces from your galant you can just transfer over and make work on your new toy! ;)

I do like the front bumper Tachyon posted too, and I usually hate body kits, but that is clean!

Too ad to the ricer thing too. Maybe the reason why it looks so NICE with a kit is because people dont see them eveyday in stock form so the original body lines arnt burnt in thier heads yet. For example if you look at a 2G eclipse in stock form (the only way it should be) then a 2G with a kit people just assume rice. Cause thats what it is.

So I guess what Im saying is its newer so its hard to say what will look the best the kit that was posted does simple look amazing!

LOL! Probably not the reverse lights, but I may throw some LEDs in the license plate lights.

I will eventually open the headlights and paint the housing black. Its in my rice plan.
