The laws are already in place. It already happens to whites as well as blacks, middle and lower class. If you see something happening with a child on your street that you believe is related to abuse or lack of parental care all it takes is one phone call to child protective services. They will investigate it and take appropriate action as needed. In some cases I'm sure that leads to the child being removed from the home and placed in foster care.

Who is this someone?

Do you really think she has any intent on trying to make changes to buy clothes,food,pay for rent? If it was true and she is not allowed contraception or ect. Then she should have made smarter decisions such as waiting til she could knowingly afford the extra children or to hold off on having intercourse.

No matter which way you spin it, it was her decision that put her in that position and unfortunately for us, we pay for it.
