Congrats!
That must have been an awesome feeling to get it moving under its own power again.

Mo, Gratz on getting it running! Are you heading down with us on the 17th to Cedar Falls?

Thanks guys, yeah it feels great. But I got a case of the paranoids... I keep thinking that I hear something or smell something:). I'm hoping the car is still running on the 17th:), if all goes well, I think I'll be joining all you for Cedar Falls.

Well, I have 15 miles on the new engine and all is going well! According to the stock guage I am still running fairly low oil pressure though. I am going to make a couple of changes and see if that helps.

I'm hoping to hit the track's next wednesday or Friday, I know I'm Florida but we can still compare slips. Until I figure out where to get race gas though It'll only be on pump gas. (which don't know if you guys are having the same problems as we are but they are running out of gas here in Florida due to the hurricane that just came through. Tried filling up 2 days ago and 3 out of the 4 gas stations were completely dry.

No problems with gas supply up here, gas just went back down to $2.79.

I am hitting the dyno Wed, but I am trying to get the oil pressure fixed by then. I am getting my external cooler on Tues, so hopefully that will do it.

Gas is $3.35 a gallon here and going up.

I ran my car early this year with bad results. My car might still be a couple weeks out. Mara's car should be running again in about a week, she should be in the high 11s, if everything goes well. Momin's car is running and just needs some basic retuning. He should be able to run at least low 11s in his full weight car, maybe a high 10, if he gets lucky.

I might be able to get a decent time with my fwd. No 10 or anything like that though. We'll see how things go. I need a few parts made and hopefully it should be running again pretty quick.
