There is a big difference between talking and doing.

If the guy would have yelled "Nice ass" It would have been a completly different story from actually walking up and slapping her ass or grabbing it. You are talking about two totally different things.
Also because someone brushes your ass in a bus is really different then someone going out of their way to full on grab ass.
Yes we joke about these things but like i said, its a night and day difference when someone acts on it. Then when they get yelled at for doing it, they call their other coward friends to jump a man just trying to stand up for his daughter.
its not like the father started punching the kid and then the friends came in. He fucking just yelled at the kid. And the kid was too much of a pussy to just brush it off and leave with the pride of touching a 12 year old ass. What was the father supposed to do. Like i said before, the kid got lucky it wasnt me, becuase he would not have had a chance to make a call on a cell phone.

Again, I'm in no way trying to stand up for these guys. I feel what they did was wrong, but I just thought the idea of child molestation was a little much. The main thing imo is that they almost killed a man.

If we are going to have this discussion we should define a couple words so we are not mislead or confused like I sorta was.

molestation:
1. to bother, interfere with, or annoy.
2. to make indecent sexual advances to.
3. to assault sexually.
assault:
1. a sudden, violent attack; onslaught.
2. Law. an unlawful physical attack upon another; an attempt or offer to do violence to another, with or without batter, as by holding a stone or club in a threatening manner.

I already clarified most of this in a different post, but basically tpunx your right...There is no argument. I'm not arguing anything except what you may determine molestation, and honestly, it doesn't matter what you call it, it's still wrong. And yes there is a definite difference between talking and doing. One is physical harassment, and one is verbal harassment. They are both bad, so some of us (including myself) need to quit being such hypocrites.

Semantics. Whatever. It was wrong. It should not get them lynched, shot, murdered, etc... It should have gotten them thumped on the head from the father. The fact that all he did was yell at or insult them was pretty restrained. The assault or possible attempted murder bit, well, that will be handled in court...

Wow. That's f'd up. Some people have way too much pride in themselves,
"I touched a 12yr old and got yelled at, now Im gonna beat the living crap out of the dad who yelled at me so I'll feel better." If I saw one guy getting stomped on by 8 infront of his family, I wouldnt be able to keep myself from jumping in and start throwing punches and kicks meant to break bones on those assholes.
After hearing about my dad, then in his lower 50's, beaten up by 3 guys for his ring/watch and wallet and then seeing him afterwards, I have no respect/care whatsoever to people who do shit like that. It was the worse pain/anger I've felt in all my life to see my dad suffer.
I really hope those 8 guys get exactly what they deserve, if not in prison then hopefully in the real world.

Just want to clarify why I made that post on page one. I also don't care what color their skin is, there are stupid people of every color, I just immediately thought of my dad getting beat up by a bunch of little punks trying to make themselves feel tough. I would want to kill them for harming my family. That's all.

Also, maybe killing them isn't right, but more of an eye-for-an-eye thing would be ok.

Brian, I am shocked nobody has pay-banned you...yet. Your views are so far out there its ridiculous. Grown men assaulted and nearly killed a father after he got upset because one of the MEN slapped his 12 year-old daughter's ass. Keep in mind the mother/wife had to watch all of this happen.
