There are people who aren't even Vikings fans saying the calls in question were bullshit.

Regardless, the Vikings lost the game. It at least makes me feel better that it took all of those mistakes by the Vikings and overtime for the Saints to beat us by a whopping 3 points. All I can say is good luck in Miami, because they'll need it. Once they lose then all of the fair weather Saints fans can go back into hiding waiting for the next natural disaster to cleanse the gene pool.

The reason why im not a Vikings fan..............

Its just a freaking game!!!!! Not something to wish death upon a group of people. What makes it really stupid is how many of the players are actually from there corrisponding teams state.

^^^ Who cares what we say, Louisiana can break off into the Gulf of Mexico for all I care, that whole state sucks except for the French Quarter in New Orleans.

First time in 8 years I have agreed with Matt D :) They are still talking about how much effect Katrina had on them winning, the inspiration, blah blah blah. Its been five fucking years, clean up your shit town and quit whinning you lazy asses. Fucking Iowa got destroyed by floods and they rebuilt it all in a year.

Saints won, plain and simple, but they did it dirty in my opinion, if they would have won the toss and drove down the field and won, I would have been fine with that, but to have all the reviewed calls go their way is not right. Two blown calls won them the game, without that pass interference call it would have been 4th down.

But big deal, the Vikes got fucked by the refs in the Cowboys game, they didn't turn the ball over and kill them regardless. You take the turnovers away, shit even 3 of them, and it would have been 50-28 Vikes.

They need to trade away Taylor and T Jack, try to move up in the draft and get a quarterback, Favre is not going to come back, he got way to beat up in the last few games. He can't endure that for a another season, even if he wants to. I wish they would trade Peterson, but they won't, his fumbling just has to stop. They had a good season none the less, it was fun, those games are just disappointing and emotionally draining.

I gotta say the Saints D played a dirty game going after Farve. He got hit hard almost every time he threw the ball. I saw many MN opportunities to knock the Saints quarterback on his ass as he released the ball, but our players held back.

That's my only gripe about the game. Win, lose, whatever. That just wasn't necessary though.

Karma for what the Vikings did to Romo. What comes around goes around.

How in the fuck did the Vikings play dirty against Homo? We sacked him fair and square, there was not one play where he was hit a good 2 seconds after handing the ball off.

He is probably still mad from his vacation :) The Vikings didn't play dirty.

Are you angry about the last minute touchdown to run up the score? Vikings came to play, Cowboys didn't. Tough shit.

I'm not disagreeing with you at all Matt, the Cowboys lost fair and square b/c they played like shit; its a game, I was over it long ago. I just think its funny that in typical Minnesota sports fashion after a team loses its just bitching, moaning, complaining, and excuses. Its a game, give it a rest, there are officials in the game for a reason and the Saints were penalized for what they did wrong. The Vikings lost for one reason and one reason only: they couldn't hold onto the ball. Simple as that.

The ball's on the ground, The balls on the ground
It's hard to win a game when the ball's on the ground

2nd verse same as the 1st

Yeah, the phantom defensive pass interference call and the overtime replays that just happened to go New Orleans' way had nothing to do with it.

Re: So Sorry My Minnesota Brothers & Sisters

Just like any other NFL game, the replays pretty much become judgment calls on the part of the officials. They were questionable, but I'm sure the ref knows a whole lot more about the game and the rules than we do. Those calls could have very easily gone either way, its not like the game was fixed.

I don't see how the saints winning by 3 points, with us turning the ball over as much as we did, and the horseshit calls by the refs, is an accomplishment. Watching Brett Favre get slammed almost every down, was rather frustrating. Which is exactly why I think he didn't tuck it down and run at the end of the 4th. Lots of hits on Favre, were terribly late, but there were a lot of ones that weren't. Protecting him better, couldve helped out a lot.

What does knowing anything about the game have to do with what you see with your own eyes? Leber never touched the guy with anything more than incidental contact on a pass that wasn't catchable to begin with, the ball never crossed the 1st down line and touched the ground on the pass. Cut and dry.
