Re: Call of Duty 4 (Online)

15-30+ with no more than 10 deaths; I was playing yesterday on the board Ambush and had 47 kills and 6 deaths; that is with a few airstrikes and one helicopter. Oh yeah and that is on Hardcore Team Deathmatch. I don't even play the regular boards anymore, too boring. I was getting 30+ kills everytime on those and thats just way too boring.

regular boards? you got other boards?

Re: Call of Duty 4 (Online)

Regular boards as in the "non-hardcore" boards. I don't even play them anymore; way too boring.

On pc? I average in the 30-50 range most maps usually 2-1 on the ratio.
My best domination level was in the shipyard, 205 and 105, that was chaos.

For anyone playing online, what servers do you play on? I need someone to help me out on my blindspots!! User name: ForestGump :hah:

Well, if you're on PS3, I could help. Usually me and INTRIGUED are helping eachother out on the blind spots. Add me if you're on PS3 and I'll be sure you have some cover.

I dominate Bloc, Strike, Crossfire, Overgrown and Pipeline with my rifle. ;)

Was doing some sniper stuff tonight, Sitting up where the gun thing is placed on downpour. Sniped down and killed two guys with one shot. I'm sure its happened many times to you all but I thought it was the sweetest thing ever. I kinda let out a nice little outburst when it happened. Thought I'd share.

Re: Call of Duty 4 (Online)

Anyone play counter strike still?

I haven't played in years, I was one of the best in MN about four to six years ago. I quit... then I came back for like a year, and well I haven't played in like 3 years or more.

If enough of you locals come back, I just might have to build my self a comp and start playing again.

But I'm only down for the 1.6 none of that other crap, 1.5 was my favorite, but I can get down and dirty with the 1.6

And no I dont like source, its too easy to get head shots, and yes the graphics rule, but that's not what the game is about.

How do you create a 2nd account? I can't figure it out. I'm tired of looking like such a good player on my lvl 55 dude. So I want to create a new one to start back up rather than prestige, as I still want to complete all the challenges.

Make a new user account on your PS3 and then sign up for another PSN ID.

Yeah, I can't find that. I can't remember how I did it in the first place. I need some ID10T instructions. N/M, I'll figure it out..

Re: Call of Duty 4 (Online)

It's not hard. On the XMB screen, go all the way to the left and make a new user ID. Then after you do that, log into it. Then go and sign up for a new PSN ID like you did when you first bought the PS3.

Thanks! That helped. You don't even know how long it took me to figure that out. Lvl 4 ftw.

Do you keep your icon that your level is at? I always see level 12 etc.. with a 40 something icon and such a low level. Either that or I am more derrrr than I thought.

Re: Call of Duty 4 (Online)

That's for the dudes that "Prestige". After you get to lvl 55 you can choose to "Prestige" and start all over. You get a fancy icon but start back out at 1.

Option if you don't want to Presige: Keep your lvl 55 and complete all the challenges. That's what I'm working on. I made a newb account too, don't really go on it. But it's there. It's SHTLUCK

Dunno if I'm gonna get the map pack or not. I might be trading in COD for Haze whenever it comes out. Sick of all the gay people on there now (camping, triple grenades, etc.)

I'm going to get it for sure, I am still pretty addicted to it. Once GT5 comes out might pull me away I'm sure. The talks about COD5 of going back to old school setting or keeping it modern is a interesting topic. I personally think keeping it modern is the way to go.

The 5th one is going back old school. They have already announced it. I think the 6th one is going to be modern again though. I am not a fan of the older-style gameplay so that one I won't be looking at getting.

You guys are nuts.

I might get the new levels. But if GT5 comes out before then, I'm going to that. That, or the new Grand Theft Auto. Killing hookers and completing a mobster story-line always sucks me in.

I finally prestiged with illeglOF320 too :(.

Oh, and I'm still waiting for a DSM to come my way in trade of my PS3.

Re: Call of Duty 4 (Online)

I play CoD4 online a couple nights a week. GREAT F*CKING GAME! It's a real shame that CoD5 is going to be Pacific Old school crap again. I love the world war two stuff, but it's already been done before. I also believe they have found their nitch here with Modern Warfare. I would stick with it, but it's going to be the guys who did CoD3 that do CoD5 so it's going to be kind of shoddy like the 3rd one was.

Anyways if you want a good WWII shooter coming out get "Brothers In Arms". It's going to be WAY better than CoD5.

my name online is: dotcrawl

See you all in the rooms. I play Headquarters almost exclusively. I like the chaos and mass effect type carnage.

You know what really grinds my gears... Get into a level and just rockin' out killing people like mad and just get on a good role.. Then what happens? Host ends game! That is just enough to piss a guy off. In the words of our good friend peter griffin.. It really grinds my gears!
