If this all started after you did the stereo install (especially the wipers) then it's very likely it was something you did. Go back and double check all the wiring you did and all the wires and harnesses around the area you were working on.

If a bunch of weird shit is happening after you did something with the electrical its most likely your alternator fuse. Your car will run but it will not charge the battery, and a ton of weird shit will happen like your headlights will stay on, wipers, power windows won't work right ect.
