I don't like to admit this, but I watched the show the other night and they are bringing the SNL shit into the tv show. I'm gonna watch to see how it's played this time.

I actually watched the ashlee simpson show last night on MTV....yeah I know it's sad. They said that before the show started that saturday for the SNL performance, that she ended up getting a bad throat. So they ended up just running a tape for her to lip sync to. I don't know about that, I think she got scared and made up excuses so she didn't have to embarrass herself singing...guess it happened anyways. Anyone else watch the show, or am I the only one brave enough to admit it??

I watched the entire first season, that's why I ended up liking her. During her first season is when the problems with her throat began and they showed her at the Doctor's office, and they showed the doctor sticking something down her throat so you could see the inflamation causing the problem. So I believe that's what could of happened, but they way she handled made it way worse. She should have just admitted right away instead of blaming everyone but herself.....

All this sounds like "Circle the Wagons, deny everything" stuff to me. I mean they keep coming up with excusses as to why she can't sing, why she can't dance, why she can't dress well, etc, etc,.......... If it's a medical condition, I feel sorry for her about that because she can't control it. BUT, in the end she still can't sing because of it and should find something else to do.

I heard her sing the song from that football game and she sucks, can't sing. This is nothing but "marketing" at it's worst.

Wow, she's such a sincere individual. Hop onto launch.com and watch the music video for "Boyfriend." Before the video starts, there should be a quick segment of Ashlee asking for people to support the Katrina victims in quite possibly the most sincere tone and respectful demeanor I've seen in quite sometime (sarcasm).
