This engine block was found out of a U pull yard

Hopefully everything is going to work out. I thought the engine was there because of Turbo or electrical problem (for example I found a new coil pack) but hopefully the engine block is fine

I want to know what kind of smoke is coming out the back? also are you using the head it came with and did you replace the valve seals?
