Haha yeah... It wasn't exactly cheap lol. But if you consider what it's supposed to be able to handle for power it isn't so bad haha

True. Hopefully this one fares you better than the last one.

I hope this one fairs better too! At least it's better and better make a ton of power because by the time this thing is running with what I've spent between buying it and getting it running again I could have bought an evo lol.

Well I got pretty much everything thing done I can for now. It's finally sitting on all fours after 7 months of being on jack stands :-) now I just need a turbo, oil cooler, and a few other miscellaneous things and she'll be ready to fire up.

Not going to lie another set of hands would have been nice! But it's all good. We were up until 3:30 last night working on it and most of today too lol. I actually broke your clutch tool :-\ but I was able to get one from auto zone today. I'll drop it off next time I'm up there. Should be sometime this week. Thanks again you were a life saver!

If you ever need a hand again let me know. It can't be more than about 10 minutes from my place.

It's not pretty much in the middle of your place and mine.

I'd be down to lend a hand to if my schedule permits. Just shoot me a text

Good stuff. Just realised you're in CP, only a few minutes from me. Hope to see you out and around the area this year.

Yep I moved back out to cp about a year ago. I just recently realized my location still said Roseville and changed it. I hope the car is out and around this year and not on jack stands lol :-)

If u care to see what an s300 sized turbo looks like, feel free to come see mine if it helps in ur decision making. But if ur looking at 70mm+ stuff I'm sure it'll be a different frame size then mine Haha.

I would like to! I've actually been meaning to ask you about that. I've just been busy and haven't had much free time but would like to sometime soon if thats cool. It would give me an idea of what the borg stuff is like and I'd like to compare the exhaust housing to mine off of my 4294 just for the heck of it. Most of what I've been looking at is 67mm-72mm so they are a different frame size. 2 different s400sx's and a bullseye s372 for the borg stuff. You want me to pm me your number?

Halon 01-21-2013 05:56 PM

Re: my new project

Yeah I think the biggest comp wheel they offer in a housing like mine is the 66mm (S366). But yeah if you want to peak at it, it's off the car right now for the next month or so probably. Feel free to swing by or whatever if you want to compare it.
