im in the process of collecting all of the odells cellar series beers, also have a bottle of surly pentagram and smoked along with a few stone's on the rack, should make for a nice mix this winter.
one of the best places ive found so far for bombers is eagle liquor in lino the guy that orders there stuff is a beer nut to say the least, and can get anything, they also bought a new store in north branch which is awesome cause i only have to drive a mile now for good beer selection haha. ill post a pic of my little cellar for you guys when i get a chance. |

I love threads like this! I'm a total beer nerd. Not sure what had already been posted about yet, but I'll add my two cents!
I work for a chemical manufacturer and we supply chemicals to a bunch of the local breweries that clean their vats. These breweries include Lift Bridge, Surly, Lucid, Mankato Brewing and a few others I believe. I am obviously a big supporter of these breweries, and my favorites include Lift Bridge Farm Girl, Lift Bridge Hop Dish, Surly Cynic, Surly Furious, Lucid Air and Lucid Saison. Not sure how fancy everyone considers these but they are some of my favorites. I am also very into Goose Island (based out of the Chicago area) right now - 312 and Harvest Ale being two favorites. Another one I like is Full Sail based out of Hood River, OR. Their Amber is excellent. I'm always on the quest for a new beer to try, so I'll have to try to track down some in this thread! |

I've got some Dogfish Head Festina Peche on order, but lately I've changed over to ciders. Got a couple Slyboro Ice Harvest Cider Special Reserve coming with the Dogfish.
I'll post up here next time (soon) I have a poker event in the garage. They turn into mini beer fests with a very very wide variety. |

Mike and I camped out for darkness day.
I ended up with 7 bottles. I will trade a couple bottles. drink a few here and there. Most of it I'll drink over the next 3-5 years. I have a stash of 2011 and 2012 still in my "Cellar".

I just went to a new brewery in virginia called three brothers. Got a growler to go of the admiral. Kick azz IPA. I've been collecting different beer caps from bottles for a couple years and have gotten around 300-350 different one's. It's too bad most beers use a generic cap or have one cap for a bunch of different beers or I'd be well into 500+ different beers. Hello fellow beer lovers! |

Easy way to do it is track your beers on untapped app. Then there is no need for a huge collection.

Yeah that would work if I had a smart phone. I'm good with mine as long as I can text with a keyboard (hate the click 123), take pics, and make calls.
I'm a cheap azz. LOL I have access to the internet even at work so I really don't have a need for smart phone. Heck I'm at work now. |

There is a ton of the Enjoy By 11.12.13 left at the grocery store, I'm going to see if they will give me a discount since technically it's expired. Local bar was selling it for $3 a glass for the last two days before expiration ($6 normally).

That is impressive!
I like the Bad Weather shocko-weizen. I guess it was brewed specifically for New Bohemia's 1 yr aniversary, they are the only place it is on tap. I've got a couple bottles stashed away. I just got my hands on some Goose Island Lolita and Juliet, so I'm excited to try those. |

All the 10 or so bottles I have bought were all 20.00 each. Resell right now is around 30-40.
Today we picked up 2nd bottle of bad weather 6 pack of brain belt (going to trade and sell of the cans) 6 pack of bells cherry stout. |
