So let me ask you guys something. Do you guys really have a problem with Mr Swift? Is all of your bashing just in fun? Is there more to the story I should know about? Because seems to me Mr Swift and his girlfriend are pretty cool people. I spent a good part of the cookout shooting the shit with them,taking about cars,racing,punching him in the face and the bashing that goes on aimed at him.

Very few people actually have the nuts to strike up a conversation with me because everyone thinks I'm ass hole and look too pissed off all the time to approach. Mr swift walked over introduced himself and was very interested in some of the details about my car, racing, how stuff works, my sponsors, my family and so on. I didn't really have but a handful of people ask any questions. I mean at any givin time there was 15-30 people standing around my car in total silence. I guess if you were awe struck cool!! But I know people had questions.
Also when it came to packing up my trailer at the end of the day Mr Swift, his GF and 5 other DSM folks just offered to help pack up my awning and the race car.The guys from Wilmer MN made up the 5 guys.
I almost forgot. Mr Swift will be coming to the race in Brainerd on Sept 4, 5, 6 to help out on the race car and party with us. Do not even think of posting some stupid as comment about "your in for it now Mr swifts mechanical skills suck"
So all in all you too could come to the track and be around a race car. But ya gotta have some nuts to do that.Stop banning him!! I think The only reason you guys give him so much shit is you aint got the balls to say or post the shit that he does!!

Swifty is our whipping boy. Well, one of the few, anyway. He deserves the ribbing he gets and it's all in fun. :) Most of what he posts is shit, anyway. ;)

I didn't make the cookout because I was busy racing toy cars. I've never had a chance to meet you, Brent, but most of what I've heard about you is good. And the bad I've heard, let's just say people like to talk.

Also, Swifty... Permanent ban for hacking Brent's account seems fair, right?

You are obviously unaware of how pay-bans work. They are a form of fund-raising for the site and aren't a punishment. We have rules in place to make sure someone isn't banned too often, and Swifty is free to ban others as well.

I'm glad to hear you made a new friend and I'm sure Swifty will have a lot of fun hanging out with your crew up at BIR.

LOL! Brent, the more you get to know Swifty, the more you'll realize he is one of those guys that gets himself into situations that beg for him to be picked on! He doesn't always realize it but it is almost always all in good fun.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to say hi, I spent all of about 20 seconds by your trailer and I had my little beagle with (Turbo) and he was literally scared for his life at the sound of your car! He was being friendly with the chick that was sitting there with your 'crew' and you started your car...she put her hands over his ears and he was fine for a second, but when you really started to rev it up he literally jumped away from her and I, then promptly pulled his leash out of my hands and ran another 20' or so he was so scared! He was fine after that though, he likes cars :)

Anyways, I never made it back because we (MitsuStyle) had our own tent and whatnot to tear down on the other side of the parking lot.

Thanks again for coming, I have some stories to share with you from 'way back when' whenever we get a chance to shoot the shit. ;)

I will be at brainerd that week racing also, on the road course. Lets see how that thing handles the turns :)

Might have to walk over and check the car out during a break. I didn't know there was a drag event that weekend.

It's the muscle car shootout which is one of the larger drag racing events at BIR. We're going to try and make it out there as well and help Brent show the domestics what these little 4 cylinders are capable of ;)

Swifty is a good kid, and works on his own car, which makes anybody cool in my book. Plus his car has half of my old parts on it, kinda like my car used to have a lot of your old parts on it.
