Parting out 97 Talon awd.
 

Ive got a 97 talon awd, manual transmission, 141k miles, I'm most likely keeping the drivetrain for an awd swap so that not for sale. Everything worked good til it spun a bearing.

grey cloth interior and its got a sunroof.

Front driver headlight if it is not all fogged up or scratched.
Door lock mechanisms possibly
Front driver axle if you change mind on drivetrain.

Headlights arent bad, not perfect though. Ive got 2 sets. Ill snap some pics, unfortunately i lost the cable that attaches my camera to my computer so all I can get are cell phone pics.

What do you mean by door lock mechanism?

yup, its grey interior. And yes I have the trunk cover dealy. Send me a text or give me a call and well figure it all out.

Front passenger axle is a possible need for me, depending on how things go this coming Wednesday. Think it'd still be around and available to pick up mid-late that day?

I just like my bases covered when it comes to rust issues.

And front axles aren't a need for a swap, they're the same as the FWD axles. ;)

Still got em both. Unfortunately I had to cut the coolant temp sensor clip off today for my other car so the harness is missing the plug, but you could buy em on dsmgraveyard.com for $20.

I thought they were different.... but I have a set out of a gst that are in good condition. But wednesday I have class till 430, and might have some homework to do too. Feel free to call and see if im available though.

I'm not sure if you need it for the swap, but I could use a passenger front caliper bracket&bolts. IDK if they got different stuff but I got a 20 for it if you dont need it.

We'll see, I'll more than likely call and give you a list of bolts I've broken than ask for an axle.

Well I will DEFINITELY be doing homework all day on wednesday, but I could make some time if you want to just pick up the axle. Otherwise if you want to pull some bolt and what not, then I think thursday would work best.

still got em. There are 2 different brand tires on them, but they are all in good shape.

Stock talon 17's

lip to lip they may measure 17", but you put 16" tires on them... so in my book theyre 16s :)

They have 215/50R17's on them..........what made you think they have 16" tires on them? out of curiosity.

ah, ok then I stand corrected. All the research I found said all DSM wheels are 16s! I believe you now :)

This thing have front bumper side markers?
If yes, and interchangeable with 2GB Eclipses, I'd like to get the two light sockets/plugs with some wiring.
Mine broke some time ago.

Sorry I never called back about that PS nut/washer, I found one. Anyway, how is the plastic trim above the doors? Is the paint scratching or chipped showing the silver? Mine are all cracked and turning silver now and I need some new ones.

ill have to double check the passenger airbag. The zip ties are priceless but ill take $1,000,000,000.00 in cash.

yeah still have the light sockets and they are the same as eclipses. I think I used one of the sockets for my other car, but not sure. Ill double check that too.

no worries man, They arent perfect but are better than a lot i have seen. I am using the passenger side one for another car, but the drivers side one is available. Ill get a pic up for ya.
