I was just going to start a thread about this!! O well... This sucks! They say that the game might be at TCF statium or it wont be till at least Wed till the Metrodome is able to be played at.

Yeah, I remember that when I was a kid. We use to get snow like this all the time back then. I miss those days...snowmobile right from our lawn to the trail.

It collapsed on my birthday in 1983, and has collapsed again only 2.5 weeks after my son was born. Guess those Carlson boy genes are a bit too much for Minnesota to handle.

We also had tickets as well but got them for way less than face value, so I guess I'll make a few bucks on the refund and watch the Packers play on FOX instead?

they just just tear down the whole building and start building the new stadium. Reschedule the rest of the games for TCF. I mean shit, why purchase a new dome when its just a waste of money anyways.

I saw on the news the roof has failed 3 other times. They can put new panels or a patch over the 3 failed pieces and they are good to go.

I heard on the news last night it will take 4 hrs per panel to repair, but someone is pushing for a new roof, which doesn't make sense to me since their number 1 tenant is pushing to leave.

F a new stadium. They should have went jointly with the gophers and put a retractable roof on that stadium. Idiots.

Cant do that, it gives an unfair advantage to the opposing team, they were talking about that on kfan, mainly because of the chicago game next monday, where if they dont get the dome good in time it would be unfair to play at soldier field.
