do you have a good digital camera? there are plenty of videos out there... come to the cookout, bring a camera there will be always some nice cars there.

if you are looking for action shots then go to rock falls or any other track... you can get some decent shots from the stands there..

talk to slowwhite on this board, he probably has 6-10+ hours of dsms at the track, dynoing, and on the street from 2001-2004.
Like enes said, come to events, video tape cars, make a video ;).

Street action is by far the funnest to watch. Of course tracks are fun too, but there is a lot of down time and slow cars at rockfalls. You would have to be road side or a passenger.. unless your a dumb girl that thinks she can drive while recording ;) Juuuuuust kidding! Really though, don't do that! haha. Good luck with that. Watch the racing vids though, dont keep license plate numbers and shit. No need to get ppl in trouble =/

Anyrate... I agree, street scenes are MORE fun to watch, but the track is good too. Maybe some footage of the shootout or the DSM Style dyno day. Bring a camera to the cookout and I'm sure you will see some nice cars there.

Just make sure its to dark to even see the cars and the cameraman is talking and can't hold the camera still, thats the best. :p

Ok, I've sort of decided a plan of action, if you want your video in the movie, please get it to me ASAP. I would prefer a disc, so if possible, try to get it to me that way at any sort of events or something like that. I want to start editing your video clips and having those done by the end of winter (which shouldn't be hard), then come summer, start getting my own footage, and adding that on. So, even though it will be a long time before the actual video is done, hopefully I will have it be a combination of footage that I have collected my self (though not of my car, and we all know why ;)) as well as footage from DSMstyle people, and it should be done by summer or so.

I will have to find the camera first. Where is hopkins??? It is like the main attraction for minnesota tourism! It is bigger than ST. Paul and Minneapolis. Everyone knows where it is. I will let you know when I have time to find the camera. I could probably met you at uni or something if my car stops having issues.

I'm sorry to say but Hopkins is nothing more than a forgoten hole in the Metro area. The only people that go to Hopkins are the people that live there. J/K ;)

BTW, I found out my roommate's dad lives right next door to HORT. Does that make me cool? :p
