You can find one in a 1989-1991 Hyundai Sonata. Its a G4CS 6bolt block. The newer year have a 7 bolt block. You can check out this website (car-parts.com) to see if anyone have the or call the crankshaft supply in Minneapolis.

I don't think he needs a crank out of a narrow block 2.4, he should be able to get one out of a cheaper wide block. The mighty max/d50 is a good option or Mitsu had a minivan also that used that block. There is a ton of info on this subject, do a search on here or Google.

I would not matter wide/narrow block if you just want the crank, unless you plan to use the block and bolt a Getreg into your dsm.

if you are looking for a 6bolt
90-92 eagle summit, plymoth/dodge colt vista, mitsubishi expo
1989-1991 Hyundai Sonata
I have had good luck finding eagle summits at the junk yard. The block/crank in my car are out of a Colt Vista.

These are getting next to impossible to find, especially locally. We have some brand new Eagle's in stock that I can let go for close to what you pay for a used OEM crank, let me know if that interests you.

If you get a wideblock, I'll take that block off your hands. :)
