Donating Members
See that green donate link at the top left of your screen? If you make any sort of financial donation, I can (but do not have to if you so choose) add you to a new group I setup called 'Donating Members.' Your username will appear in white in most areas of the forum!

Awesome. I like white and all. But I could see where someone might complain. It is pretty loud. Some other colors I could suggest would be: Silver
Off set Green (than the Sponsors) Black Grey Navy Blue Gold(cant really select a gold..) Glad to have supported the site! |

I think I will make it an annual thing from here forward, periodically I'll go back through and pull people out of the group if they have not donated in a year or so. When did you last contribute? Allan handled all of the finances up until the end of last summer.

I think this needs to be an expiring thing, you only get to be white for a year or something. People donate $5 and expect the royal treatment for years on end!

1-year is going to be a PITA, so I think what I'll do is simply expire everyone that's in this group at the end of each year. If you re-donate at the minimum amount, you get your name in white for the rest of the year!
Remember, this is a site donation thing, not me trying to be greedy! I keep $0 and actually pay quite a bit of $$ out of my own pocket to keep this site running every month. |
