Corvette Pick Up

1 Attachment(s)
Had some money saved and a buddy wanted to sell quick so picked up a 2000 C5 with 120,000, 6Spd, Corsa cat-back 12,500$. Runs pretty good, oil pressure gauge is reading stuck at 80, Clutch pedal has vibration at high Rpm, Think clutch is going out. What are some good forums for parts and info on Shops on Vets, I know a few members on here have some c5's. Wanted to get some tuning and head work done at same time as well. Any info helps thanks.

Boos, Rippie, and Carl/CJ tunes are the 3 popular ones.

Do you want to be the one doing the work and sending parts out/in? Or do you want a shop to do these build items all at once for you? I recommend Aaron's Precision Machine for ANYTHING engine. Incredible quality of work. Even MAP used him for lots of projects they took on. 651.433.4219.

Been looking all over google and keep seeing boos, Think I may have found my answer. Think I want them doing all the work, this thing is ultra low and my back is sore enough

Boos should be able to handle your C5 well. I called them about doing stuff to my 75 and they did not seem near as confident in doing things much earlier than the C4s.

Don't bother asking John Boos for help.

Wow, triple black convertible for $12,500, sounds like a great deal.
