New battery and its dead within a week.

I bought a new battery a week ago hoping to fix my battery problem. Nope still have the battery dieing. I put a 12v LED on the negative terminal then the other on the negative cable to find and shorts in the circuit. I pulled every fuse I can find and the LED did not even turn off at all or dim at all. I did noticed my emergency brake is always lit up except if the car is off. I do have a kill switch on the car (in case that makes a difference but I did not see any on power draining)

Please I would like to find this short and fix my problem!

As an ex-service writer, most common items are under hood light, trunk light, glove box light, or security system. Try removing them one by one to see if it changes. Beyond that it's checking all items that use power one by one. Shops are often charging $100 an hour for electrical diag and it can take DAYS to find it sometimes. So, if it's not those, you can see if anyone else has any ideas. See if there is any clicking from a relay either if you remove the positive/neg terminals from the battery to indicate something being on.

If it's a wire grounding out somewhere than your in for a long night.

there is a clicking under the hood when I put the negative cable back on. At one time I have the kill switch to the car won't start position. Then I put it to the car will start position after I put the negative cable back on and the relay next to ECU start clicking until I had to switch the kill switch again.

Which relay is it? The fuel one on the passengers side?

Maybe a crossed wire on the kill switch? I'd have to see the wire.
