I got a text from joem at 1:13am:

"well once they post the post i was doing before i was banned we can go from there. Or you can get from these and post it for me."

Can we unban him or at least let him PM me or something so i can finally be done with this?

Here is the email he sent to us:

"Yes I type poorly so sorry thats why a only have 500 post in 5 years yes i suck at typing. I have for the last few months worked everyday and tring to finish my house so i can move in and all my money goes to it(about 11,000) in the last 3 months. Yes the call was short and sweet and to the point. Sorry the 140.00 buck is breaking you sorry for messing up your whole life. I have sold/bought/traded/gave many parts to alot of people with no complants. So sorry for a busy life I must be the only one here then. Think of me however you want I still sleep at night and live my days just fine.
One more time i will give a refund in full this weekend as soon as a apologize is offered( here,to my boss and myself in person ) or when you get back at thanksgiving or chrictmas. You picked it up you drop it off. I will have a visa card for 140.00 with receipt as of this weekend just to prove it.

Honestly guys. I just read the whole thing. While JoeM is kind of a douche. He Kinda got screwed.
On the Tranny: He was told it was a Evo3 tranny by QPR. Does anyone know if he actually installed this on a DSM? And 6 months is a long time to go without getting it checked out or having anyone realise that this wasnt going to work.
On the Truck trade: This goes back to the fight between chim and alpha. Remember how everyone jumped on them for not sharing all of the details of the dsm, well in the trade JoeM wasnt told about the brake lines (which could have been really disasterous.) or any of the other problems with the truck and willingly traded his 1g for it. If he was told about the brake lines then i would have been like "well you know what you got into".

While i find his posts entirely unreadable, i have to side with JoeM a little on this one. I think there definitly was a communication breakdown and he should have explained that he did not know when it was sold that it was not an evo3 tranny, but 6 months is a long time to get your money back. But sometimes people dont like to give bad news and tell someone what they dont want to hear.

Joem just called me and I will be meeting him the sat after thxgiving.
Getting a hold of him has been hell, but once I do he is cool to deal with.
No more really needs to be said on this.
