non consistant idle. vac line? rear 02 sens?

i have a 95 awd talon. no mods are done other than bored 20 over, small 16g tubro, 2.5 turbo back exhaust. now i just got the car done and it doesnt like to idle right. when its cold it idles really low sometimes i have to help it out a little to keep it running. when it gets warm it idles really high around the 2 grand to 23 hundred area.

the cel light is on and the codes were for a tps and rear 02 sensor. i figured it would just be the tps so i replaced that and nothing happend.

could the rear 02 cause a odd idle? or would it more than likly be a vac line? ive been told im probably missing a vacum line somewhere but have no idea where to start.

Do a boost leak test and see if any air is leaking out somewhere. That will make it pretty apparent if you forgot to hook up a line.

wouldnt this cause it to idle the same warm or cold? like wouldnt change depending on the temp?

It could cause it to change depending on temp if it so far out of adjustment that it isn't going into idle mode at all. It would make it act like it has a bad or no idle motor even if it has a good one.
