There's a shock! Call the cops, he's had ample time to make this right.

Good job golden763 for manning up and admitting your mistake! Listen, life is 100% not easy, it never is and never will be...not for you, not for me, not for anyone! Follow through with your commitments, make changes if you have to but communication is 100% the key to success through the rises and falls of the tide of BS that life throws at us.

Just curious as to how i will get the car back, meaning what condition. I would much rather appreciate his honesty. His post on facebook, really sounds like my car with the rusty quarters and no rust on the strut towers. If its a shell, then im assuming some parts got pulled out. At some point i saw him posting what sounded like my trans on here. Also noticed he deleted me off facebook as well at some point. So my concern is...is he being honest about me getting the car back? I need an honest response.

You are still here worried, asking for advice, wondering what will happen. How long can you ignore what everyone is telling you? I just can't comprehend your train of thought.

Im not sure if i said it, but if i do report it stolen, what will happen to all may parts? If the car has been most likely parted out.

Call police and tell them the situation. Ask if they will stop you from taking the car back. Pay someone to tow the car away. Sue him for damage and costs.

Indeed, if i dont hear from him i am planning on going up there with whoever all are interested in joining and taking my stuff along with my car.

Re: Golden763 - BAD GUY!! any info on user?

Why don't you go to his house and find the car and the parts and take it back? When you get there and find the car call a tow truck and have it hauled back to marks. If you have the title bring that with. Just go get the fucking car already. get your shit back already. Fuck.

You're right, better to just wait it out another year or so, I'm sure he'll have a change of heart.

Re: Golden763 - BAD GUY!! any info on user?

I would strongly suggest planning your move now. If you call and report the car stolen, the fact that you haven't told them the whole story will likely cause you a lot of hassle. If you explain the situation beforehand and they [the police] agree the car is yours to take, the situation will go much smoother should he or his family call the police - I expect they will if a group shows up.

No way man, he just made a post. Give him some more time.
1 year isnt that much time. I agree with Halons last post.

Re: Golden763 - BAD GUY!! any info on user?

Obviously this guy isn't sure of how to handle the situation. And - the advice of the group so far of reporting it stolen causes him personal conflict. I think it's a bad idea also since he already spoke to his local police and they don't agree it's stolen. Is everyone hoping to make this guys ordeal more difficult than it already is?

Re: Golden763 - BAD GUY!! any info on user?

Have you given him any assurances, like pics, that the car is complete? If I were in his shoes, another 24 hours would feel like an eternity of wondering if I was being a sucker. I bet a paypal of any amount would at least give him a little assurance. Maybe this has already happened, but in case it hasn't...
