Im looking at buying a T-belt kit. At diamondstarmotorsport.com they sell one that comes with a "hydraulic tensioner". Anyone know what that is? Im thinking its just a tool.

It is not a tool. It is the devise that keeps the tension on the t-belt.

And you should get it.

im not doing it...im retarded and dont trust myself to line all that shit up. Plus its a daily driver and if i did do it it would take me forever to do it right. Thanks guys, i got it now...there are just like 4 different things with "tensioner" in it and didnt know what this one did. Classic Newber :headache:

Edit: I knew it was a stupid question, thats why i didnt ask on Tuners i would have been massively flamed

No, that just admits he didn't know and wanted a stright answer. Tuners would have tore him up.
