No Boost
 

Hey everyone. As the title says, I have no boost. I HAD boost for one good pull, then it wouldn't go over atmospheric. One of the intake charge pipes was half off, re-did it and still no boost. My timing is a bit off (it shakes like mad), would this contribute to the fact that I cannot boost? Gonna run a boost leak test today (depending on the blizzard). Any other thoughts? Again, i'm just brainstorming here. the more idea's the merrier.

The shaking is your balance shaft vibrating, I would guess its between 2000-2500 or something like that huh? And yes if your timing is off it will cause your car to not want to build boost like it should. Check that before you check anything else. If its shaking and vibrating you are going to have to redo it anyway.

well the shaking is at an idle, (dont know rpm's cause my tach is broke) that's why I say its my timing.....I will re-do my timing and see what happens....speaking of timing. any tips/tricks on how to efficiently re-time our cars? I was having a hell of a time getting all the marks to line up appropriatly.
