Exhaust Install and Crankwalk Test

I have a friend who recently got a 1995 FWD TSi 5sp and he want's to get it walk tested and he just bought an HKS 3" cat-back. He was wondering how much you would charge for a walk test (I think it's like $30-$40) and how much to install his exhaust. We tried putting the exhaust in but all the bolts and shit are rusted to all hell and we can't get it off.

1 hour on the exhaust install, 1/2 hour on the crankwalk test.
