Alignment ???s

I just put in my KYB GR2s and Pro-kit springs and i need an alignment, my question is do i need a camber kit for the car now and where can i get a good alignment?
I have 17s to put on my car will it make a diff. between the 17s and the 16s that are on right now?

Re: Alignment ???s

Wheel size wont make a big difference but yes you will more than likely need an alignment not only due to the drop but due to the fact that you changed the struts.

I dont know who will align it for you up in the TC area. Most places wont get into shimming your control arms or installing a camber kit. If you have a friend that works in your shop it would probably be your best bet.

Here, talk to "Jeff the Alignment Guy" about the alignment.

And dont burn up those tires on the 17's. I want to buy them. ;)

i searched already, anyway. I pm'd 1quick4 no response, i think that i am just gonna buy the rear camber kit and take it to hoover or jeff, which are pretty much the same since he used to work there i guess or still does?
Either way both have an excellent rep.

What hoover are you talking about? I too have the ingalls rear camber arms, and will need an alignment after i get my Ksports and the arms installed. Let me know what you do/ who you go through/ and the results.

oooooooooooooo I know that Jeff guy! I deal with him often through my work, seems like a nice guy. I need to set up an alignment with him.

I went to the one on East Hennepin in Minneapolis, there's another one on N. Washington near Elite. I highly recommend these guys. It was a little on the expensive side ($125?) but the car drove like a DREAM. Well worth it.

I would go to "Andover wheel and frame". They are reasonably priced and seem to do good work.

Yes, if you have changed any angle or ride height.....you will more than likely benefit from at least an alignment check to see where everything is at.
Camber kits always do good, unless you like the way the wheels angle....RICER! ;)
