I can't see the pics due to the MOTHER FUCKING GGOD DAMN GAY FUCKING PILE OF MONKEY DOG EATING SHIT work filter but I know what you're talking about. The motor mount of the MS3s are even weaker than the MS6 (at least it looks like that due to the problems listed) and that's one aftermarket part Mazda is obviously open to having us install on these cars, cause then it doens't cost them shit.

If mine breaks between now and 6.5 years down the road (if I have it that long) I won't care. It's covered under the big W.

I'll summarize the pics with a few words: motor supported by radiator fins and suspension components.

...There, that about sums it up! :D

Yup, that's the issue I thought it was. It could turn out to be one nasty fucking problem on this platform.

Double sided sticky tape, zip ties, and gorilla glue! Better fix the Ford.

Ford Powa.

Must be all the torque out of that massive 2.3L motor.

No, more like too much weight from that HUGE top-mount IC!!!

Re: AJ, get out the zipties for your Ford!

Weird, most motor mounts have a design where even if they break, the motor is still supported, the mount is just metal on metal. Apparently not at Ford. Zoom, zoom. :loser:

I think Ford only owns something like 33% of Mazda. And Mazda designs the 4 cylinder engines for both of them.

Nahhh that cant be it... :D

Re: AJ, get out the zipties for your Ford!

It's the other way around. Mazda couldn't pull their heads out of their asses on their 4-cyl designs, and so when ford bought in they started using their 4-cyl motors to make the mazda's more reliable.
