Help Me Decide A Winter/Spring Project

Most of you know what my car is and what is done to it. But here is what I have.
98 Spyder
Built 2.4l
AWD
20G
650 injectors
Magnus
Yada yada yada

Here is what Im thinking of doing(not all just a couple or one):
Ksports or Tein Flex coilovers
Roll cage
Shep tranny(dont know if mine is good yet)
Bigger injectors
Bigger Turbo
Short Rout FMIC
Interior stuff(black)

I dont know what else I could do. Anyone else have any ideas? Or tell me which of the top ones you would do in my case.

Rollcage in a spyder would be so hot, words couldn't describe it.

Rollcage and coilovers.

Just drive it! :)

Hrm, maybe coilovers....other than that, I say just roll with it for a while, such a nice car, we need to see it out and about more!

Wait, do you have cams yet? Cams! :)

Don't do the roll cage thing just yet. I don't think that would be worth it in a spyder unless it really becomes more of a track car. If that's the case, the spyder was obviously (in my eyes) a bad starting point. Suspension & a transmission will be two things you'll LOVE with driving it often.

From what I've read over the years about Spyders, you're going to want to engineer some chassis stiffening or your car is going to get very "loose" as you increase power.

I'm with scheides on this one. Spend the money on gas and drive it!

Ya take it off of the jack stands and lower that thing a bit man. That would be number 1!!!

Do the interior stuff up how you want it and drive it for a while, work out the bugs, and save up for one big ticket item like some big awesome wheels.

I would check out the tranny and see how it shifts. No point in making it faster if you can't get it into gear!

Re: Help Me Decide A Winter/Spring Project

The deal with the tranny is that it shifts fine but I havent shifted above 4000 RPM. So it might grind in higher RPMs.

Re: Help Me Decide A Winter/Spring Project

OK, I think That this winter/spring will be looks. This is what im thinking
Coilovers(ksport or tein flex)
Tinted taillights
Repaint center taillight
Tein Hood Dampers(yes im gonna waste $140 on this stupid product just because it will look nice :) )
Replace carpet(we all know what happend to mine)

What do you think about that?
