If you are a self motivated qualified technician that knows how to or wants to learn how to work on high end, high performance vehicals. Please send in or drop off your resume at LSE Performance. You will be required to have a professional apperance and work ethic, and maintain a clean work enviroment at all times. It is always better to ask questions then assume and be wrong. Having your own hand tools a big plus, we have room for normal sized tool boxes. Pay will be based on work background and based mostly off comission.

We will offer a different pay schedule for ASE as well as other certifications. We will also train the right individuals.
Team players are a must as well as a very strong and motivated worth ethic. We do pay on a commission bases and expect you to keep up with a quota.

We are currently looking for:

1-General installer
Ability to do basic maintence (timing belts, clutch jobs, engine installs, electrical install).
Strong diagnostic abilities are a huge plus. Prior experience in platform specific installations (import, european, or domestic) also a huge plus. Bring your own tools, or work out of our boxes with respect given to the tooling provided to start.

1-General fabrication
Ability to fabricate with a variety of techniques. Mig/Tig welding of manifolds, exhaust systems, intercooler systems, and roll cages required.

1-Internet part sales
We are currently developing a few work at home internet part sales positions. We are developing an commission based work program that will let you earn at your own pace.
