2g ball joint recall
 

Just wondering how I would go about getting the ball joints for Sarahs 2g(spiceyorange). Or how we can see if the recall has been done to her car? I have the vin when you need it. Let me know how we can go about that.

I just drove into the Chrysler dealership in Des Moines and they verified it hadn't been done, they fixed it that day.

Avenger's have the same recall, right? I should call and check the chrysler dealership.

Yeah. Just call with the VIN.



Santa, I doubt he will be able to help you since he is in parts and not service. Call the dealer and ask for service, give them the VIN.

Anyone who hasnt had this recall done should do it ASAP. When these suckers let go they can cause some serious damage, makes it a pain in the ass to get it on a flat bed too if they fall apart before being fixed. Oh it will run you about 600-700 dollars if you pay a private shop to do it, definitely not a cheap repair.

yes you will need the vin#
you can call the service dept and have them run the vin
to see if the recall has been done
