What else can cause this
So what else causes motor to jump making clunk sound when shifting from p to d and p to r. I Changed the motor mounts and they seem fine too me. What else could cause this problem?

welcome to the club, you can start with siliconing your carrier bearing but im starting to think its the tranny going out. Maybe the end clutches but not sure. But ive been dealing with it for a year with the tranny still "holding" so hopefully you can get the same. But mine got worse over time and now it clunks into 1st from 2nd to

Any amount of slack in the drivetrain will cause that noise.
