Well, I lost my full time job, so I will be focusing in the shop until I find another one. I have 3 bays available in the shop and I can do pretty much anything. I focus mainly on SS intakes, exhaust pipine and IC piping. I have been doing a fair amount of maintenance lately also.

I have one car in the shop right now, but that will be out soon. Shop rate is $50/hr (compare that to the competitors!) and I do very good work. I have had DSM's since '94, so I know my way around them well. I also do piping for other cars, but will only do maintenance on DSM's.

I have MIG and TIG welders, 50 ton air operated press, air tools, etc. I also have a truck and trailer with electric winch if your car is not running, I can pick it up. I'll probably have to swing up there for an exhaust after I get my car running.

Have a rough idea on how much a 3" SS exhaust would cost if I supplied the muffler? The car is a 2g awd and it has a megan 3" down pipe on there already.

I would like app. to kick your ass, also for you to take a look at my current piping and maybe get some ideas for it.
On a side note i have a ton of 4" S bends i believe to be SS metal, i will bring one if come by or show you if you come by, neighbor.

Can you redo all of the hangers on my exhaust and DP and they are all SS.

Jet does a pretty good job. Got my 1g head ported and it looked good. Would recommand.

Yes, I still port. I have a head coming in this week and am finishing up a turbo right now (along with a HG swap).

Can you pull out the valve guides in my head and install new ones? If so, how much? Also how much for porting the bowls so I can run 1mm oversize valves?

Sorry, those are both machine shop procedures. For the oversized valves you just need the seats cut bigger, not ported. I would check out Motors by Gosh, he does good work for a good price.

On a side note, the last car I have scheduled will be out of the shop tomorrow, so I have some free space if someone needs some work done! I should run a head gasket special or something, I have done 3 of them in the last month :D

I was wondering If you could make some time for me and make a complete exhaust system for my 2004 volvo S60R?

would I need to bring it in and have you look at it?

could it be 3 inches?

and finally, could you PM me an estimated cost too?

if so I would like a basically stock looking system just bigger for better spool up and more gains, thats all.
