I don't think so, but I am going to run this test just for peace of mind. Compression is rock solid, 180's across the board.

Scheides let me know when you're going to do this, I'd like to check for leaky valve and piston rings.

Scheides doesn't trust his leakdown tester's results, so I'd like to borrow someone's leakdown tester to compare against his. Either this weekend or next weekend is fine, let me know if you have one I can borrow. I could come pick it up, or we could meet at Scheides' place since I think he wants to compare his results with another tester too.

I just want to do it for piece of mind and I haven't done it for a long time.
Plus I am supposed to drive the car to TX in 3 weeks.

I have a snap-on leakdown tester that you can use but I would prefer to be there if thats alright since it was really expensive. just let me know if you want to use it
