Side skirts hanging off, wont go on.
 

The silver side skirts on my 1ga are coming off. Im not exactly sure how they attatch, anyone have pics i could look at? Is it just double sided tape?

There's also clips that hold them on. You almost have to take it completely off to put it back on. It's a pain.

I dealt with this on on my 1g about 6 months back. To do it the right way, take them all the way off and get all the old double sided tape off of the door and the sideskirt. Get new clips and then a roll of double-sided 3m tape and go around the edges of the sideskirt piece. Then just push it back onto the car until the clips lock and then make sure the double-sided tape sticks. Kind of a pain to do, took me almost a full day to do it (getting them off, to the store to get supplies, cleaning, etc.)

When i bought my car it didnt have the clips. Thats why they are hanging off. Anyone know where i can get them?

I'd think the dealership would have some, or maybe ace might even have some equivalents.

My car is the same way, but I'm too lazy to fix it and just give it a little tap with my foot every time I walk by the car. Fixes it for a second:lol:

Anybody have a pic of one of these clips? I should be able to pic some up from autovalue if i can see what they look like
