WTB Exhaust side turbo housing for 16g
WTB Exhaust side turbo housing for 16g
Mine has a busted stud & is leaking badly & i need to fix this soon. http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c2...X/Exhaust1.jpg http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c2...X/Exhaust2.jpg heard its a bstrd to drill out... Maybe its just time for a new one if I can find a used one here that will work. Thanks for looking. :) What do ya think of the FP18G6SL2 ? :spin: Maybe I should look at the TDO6 Frank 4 60 trim that FS hmm... Or this looks like an option --->http://www.maperformance.com/bullsey...bocharger.html, or http://www.maperformance.com/bullsey...arger-dsm.html any input would be appreciated. Thanks! |
Re: WTB Exhaust side turbo housing for 16g
Just unhook the turbo, take the stud out with some pliers/vicegrips, and reinstall with a new gasket and stud/bolt. I assume you meant exhaust leak.
If you're lazy you might be able to just take out the current three holding it on and let it sag a bit to get a pliers on the broken stud and twist it out, then you wouldn't even have to drain the coolant. |
