timing question

Looking at doing my timing belt with a friend this weekend, never done one before and was wondering if I need to get a new tensioner setup, mine has only 3000 miles on it since it was last replaced ? Let me know thanks guys

If it only has 3000 miles I'd reuse the tensioner.
