bought from a member on here, this car is my first dsm and i did NOT know what i was getting myself into... too much of a headache for me and i am sick of looking at it just sitting in my garage...

MAPerformance stage 1 2.0 shortblock - 6 Bolt
-Hot tank/boil block
-Polished crank
-Balanced
-ACL Race series main and rod bearings
-Overbore with torque plate
-Fully decked
-Mahle 8.5:1 Forged pistons
-Eagle rods
-Balance shafts eliminated
-New front case: Oil pump, oil pump drive gear, oil pump driven gear
Head:
-Used good condition cylinder head that was rebuilt as well
-Brian crower valve springs and retainers
-new exhause and intake oil seals
-5 angle valve job

-16 Gallon Fuel cell
-280 fuel pump
-255 inline fuel pump
-Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator
-Front mount intercooler
-Small 16g
-Pacesetter tubular manifold
-Fidanza 3.2 Clutch and pressure plate/throwout bearing
-boost and A/F gauges on A pillar
-Adjustable throttle cable
-gates racing timing belt

new: alt, plugs wires

the bad:
no exhaust
no FMIC/piping
no bov

asking $1,800obo or possibly trade for another car(prefer non-dsm)

car runs great but just needs a tune with dsmlink. engine has a little over 1k miles after the rebuild compression reads 175 all the way across.

will throw in dsmlink lite(new and unopened)

How can it drive without these items:
no exhaust
no FMIC/piping
no bov

Well i mean safely unless you are on SD I'm sure that tune isn't happy.
DO you have some pics?

sorry it runs and drives just needs IC and piping and bov. i didnt mean you could drive it home.

can snap some tonight.

car is red, black hood(looks rattlecanned)
right tail light is broken
has talon bumpers, i also have the laser bumpers too.

body is in fairly clean. couple rust spots, fairly small around where the spoiler was, i think on one door too.
notorious strut tower rust and the battery tray is rusted as well.

Just throwing this out there, Any interest in a 97 VW Jetta 2.0L, 5SPD, Runs & Drives.. Needs tires and a few other small things.

thanks goat blower, i shoulda done that from the beginning.

id prefer something along the lines of a 2.5rs, 240sx, or a miata, but ill keep those trades in mind.

You plan on selling the FMIC, BOV and exhaust seperate or are you planning on keeping them?

receipts are all in the glove box.

fmic, bov, and exhaust are all off the car and already sold. they werent exactly in the greatest condition, and i had planned to replace them with better parts.
