When I worked @ TacoJohn's my buddy Jeremy and I used to make 'Super Potatos'--Super Nachos w/ Potato Oles instead of chips. Years later they came out with 'Super Potato Oles'...not sure how anyone can eat a whole plate of them but goddamn they are good! Pretty sure we used 3 full orders of Oles though....yeow!

I'm guessing that you have to go to the right restaurant for the people to even know what any of these things are, if any of this is even true. When I worked at McDonald's in high school I can very truthfully tell you that no one would know what you're talking about if you had ordered a Land, Sea and Air Burger.

I made custom burgers for myself when I worked at Wendy's. I'm sure any of these places would whip up something special if you asked and they had ingredients on hand. Doesn't hurt to go when they aren't busy, of course.
